Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence-Generated Content (AIGC) is reshaping both the creative processes and emotional expression mechanisms in visual communication design. From the perspective of human-computer collaboration, this study explores how emotional interaction unfolds in design when AIGC comes into play. The findings suggest that AIGC acts as an “emotion-enhancing tool” that complements the designer’s role. Based on an analysis of AIGC’s emotional expression mechanisms, the paper proposes a four-stage human-computer collaboration framework—Generation, Screening, Reconstruction, and Feedback—and demonstrates its application through two practical cases. The study argues that in the future, deeper emotional resonance in visual communication design will be achieved through such collaboration, and the core value of designers will shift from hands-on execution to strategic guidance and the crafting of emotional narratives.
