Abstract:

Hyperuricemia and gout represent common metabolic disorders that are closely associated with disturbances in purine metabolism and uric acid homeostasis. These conditions exert substantial impacts on human health and bring challenges to clinical management. The maintenance of normal uric acid levels is essential for the stability of the internal environment and the normal function of multiple organs and systems. This study focuses on the characteristics of uric acid metabolism abnormalities in patients with hyperuricemia and gout and systematically analyzes the therapeutic effects of common uric acid-lowering drugs. The aim of this work is to provide reliable evidence for optimizing clinical treatment protocols, improving the management of uric acid metabolism, and supporting the long-term health maintenance of affected patients. This study also helps to refine clinical decision-making and promote the standardized application of uric acid-lowering drugs.
