Abstract:

Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that mainly affects the spinal joints, leading to progressive joint damage, dysfunction and reduced quality of life in patients. The progression of spinal joint lesions is a complex process involving multiple factors such as immune disorders, inflammatory response and tissue remodeling, which has important research value for clarifying the pathogenesis of the disease and guiding clinical treatment. Anti-inflammatory drugs are the core of clinical intervention for spinal joint lesions in ankylosing spondylitis, and their efficacy is closely related to the progression of lesions and the prognosis of patients. This study systematically explores the progression characteristics of spinal joint lesions in ankylosing spondylitis, analyzes the mechanism of anti-inflammatory drugs in intervening spinal joint lesions, and summarizes the efficacy of different types of anti-inflammatory drugs in clinical application, so as to provide a theoretical basis and clinical reference for the standardized treatment of spinal joint lesions in ankylosing spondylitis and the improvement of treatment effect. The study adheres to the principle of evidence-based medicine, combs and analyzes relevant clinical data and research results, focuses on the positive role of anti-inflammatory drug intervention, and points out the aspects that need to be improved in the current research and clinical application.
