Abstract：

Liver cirrhosis represents a chronic progressive liver disease that carries important clinical status and practical significance for public health. The occurrence and progression of liver cirrhosis involve complex multi-factor and multi-link regulatory mechanisms, and the formation of cirrhosis is closely related to long-term liver injury, continuous inflammatory response, abnormal extracellular matrix deposition and reconstruction of liver tissue structure. The study aims to systematically sort out the core links of cirrhosis pathogenesis, summarize safe and effective comprehensive intervention strategies, and provide reliable theoretical support and practical reference for the clinical management and long-term maintenance of liver function in patients with cirrhosis. This paper focuses on the key molecular mechanisms, intervention targets, and integrated implementation paths, and strives to improve the standardization and individualization level of cirrhosis management.
