Abstract:
Cardiovascular disease occupies an important position in the field of global clinical medicine, and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is one of the main treatment methods for coronary heart disease. The postoperative recovery process of patients directly determines the long-term therapeutic effect and physical recovery level. Cardiac rehabilitation exercise programs provide systematic and standardized intervention measures for postoperative patients. The implementation of scientific cardiac rehabilitation exercise programs can help improve the psychological state and daily living ability of patients, and promote the overall recovery of physical and mental health. This study focuses on analyzing the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation exercise programs in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and explores the positive role of such programs in regulating psychological state and improving quality of life. The purpose of this study is to provide reliable clinical reference for the optimization of postoperative rehabilitation strategies and the improvement of comprehensive intervention levels, so as to support the long-term stable recovery of patients and enhance their quality of life. This study adopts a prospective study method, selects a certain number of patients with coronary heart disease who have undergone PCI, formulates targeted cardiac rehabilitation exercise programs according to their physical conditions, and observes and records the changes in their psychological state and quality of life during the rehabilitation period. The results show that the cardiac rehabilitation exercise program can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve their psychological adaptation ability, and significantly enhance their quality of life in all aspects. The research results further confirm the important value of cardiac rehabilitation exercise programs in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and provide practical support for the popularization and application of clinical rehabilitation intervention measures. The research process strictly abides by clinical research norms, ensures the scientificity and rigor of the research, and the research results have important clinical guiding significance for the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
