Abstract：

Arrhythmia is a common cardiovascular disorder that affects cardiac electrical activity and hemodynamic stability, occupying an important position in clinical cardiovascular practice. It has important clinical significance for maintaining cardiac function, reducing adverse events and improving patient quality of life. This paper focuses on the clinical diagnosis methods, treatment strategies and prognostic evaluation systems of arrhythmia, systematically sorts out the application details and effect characteristics of various diagnosis and treatment measures, standardizes the clinical operation process, optimizes the prognostic evaluation system, and provides standardized and scientific theoretical support and clinical reference for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognostic management of arrhythmia.
