Abstract：

Bronchial asthma is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the airways characterized by variable airflow limitation and airway hyperresponsiveness. The pathogenesis involves complex interactions among immune-inflammatory responses, neural regulation, airway remodeling, and genetic-environmental factors. Control strategies focus on personalized management, pharmacological interventions, non-pharmacological approaches, and long-term monitoring. This review aims to clarify the core mechanisms and systematic control pathways to improve clinical management efficacy and enhance quality of life for patients. It integrates the latest research findings to provide a comprehensive and systematic overview of the disease, offering practical guidance for clinical practice and laying a foundation for further related research.
