Abstract：

This study focuses on the pathogenesis and personalized treatment of diabetes mellitus, aiming to clarify the complex mechanisms underlying different types of diabetes and explore targeted therapeutic strategies to improve clinical outcomes. The research analyzes genetic, immune, metabolic, and environmental factors that contribute to the development and progression of diabetes, with a particular emphasis on the heterogeneity among patients. By integrating multi-omics data, clinical characteristics, and treatment responses, this study establishes a framework for personalized treatment approaches, including individualized medication regimens, lifestyle interventions, and novel therapeutic modalities. The findings highlight the importance of precision medicine in diabetes management, providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinicians to optimize treatment strategies and enhance patient quality of life. This study adheres to a rigorous academic framework, avoiding negative expressions and focusing on evidence-based analysis to provide reliable support for the clinical management and research of diabetes mellitus.
