Abstract:
As a core model for deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation, the modern apprenticeship system is a key pathway to bridge higher vocational education with industry and enterprise needs, and to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. Currently, the talent cultivation of higher vocational majors under the modern apprenticeship system in China still faces practical dilemmas such as insufficient depth in school-enterprise collaboration, disconnection between the curriculum system and job requirements, lagging construction of dual-qualified teaching staff, and an imperfect assessment and evaluation system, which constrain the improvement of talent cultivation quality. Based on the inherent logic between the modern apprenticeship system and higher vocational talent cultivation, this paper clarifies the optimization principles, overall goals, and key directions for talent cultivation. It proposes targeted optimization strategies from six dimensions: school-enterprise collaboration, curriculum system, teaching staff, practical teaching, assessment and evaluation, and policy guarantee. The aim is to perfect the talent cultivation model of the modern apprenticeship system, solve prominent problems in the cultivation process, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of higher vocational talent cultivation, and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
