Abstract:
Against the backdrop of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the development of new quality productive forces, the craftsmanship spirit, embodying professional qualities such as persistence and focus, pursuit of excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and striving for perfection, serves as the core support for secondary vocational students to grow into skilled craftsmen and serve industrial development. Secondary vocational education, as the main front for cultivating skilled personnel, shoulders the important mission of fostering the craftsmanship spirit and delivering high-quality technical and skilled talents. By analyzing the current practices, existing problems, and causes in the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit among secondary vocational students, this paper constructs a scientific and feasible cultivation path from six core dimensions: curriculum system, teaching implementation, teaching staff, campus culture, school-enterprise collaboration, and evaluation system. Combined with practical cases, it proposes specific implementation strategies, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for secondary vocational institutions to strengthen the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit and enhance the quality of talent training. This aims to help secondary vocational students achieve skill-based success and serve the country with their skills, injecting skilled momentum into regional industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development.
