The Logical Rationale and Practical Pathways for Building Teaching Innovation Teams in Higher Education Institutions

Abstract:

 Teaching innovation teams in higher education institutions are a core force driving higher education teaching reform, enhancing the quality of talent cultivation, and promoting the connotative development of education. They are also a key carrier linking the coordinated development of education, technology, and talent. Against the backdrop of higher education's transition from scale expansion to quality improvement, constructing teaching innovation teams with a reasonable structure, efficient collaboration, and vibrant innovative energy has become an inevitable choice for universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and to meet the challenges of technological revolution and industrial transformation. Based on an analytical framework of "logical rationale - practical dilemmas - practical pathways," this paper systematically analyzes the value logic, subject logic, relationship logic, and development logic of building teaching innovation teams. It accurately identifies prominent issues currently existing at the team level, institutional level, individual level, and external environment level, and subsequently proposes targeted practical pathways, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality construction of teaching innovation teams in higher education institutions.
