Abstract：

 In the context of the deep integration of industry and education and the high-quality development of vocational education, higher vocational professional clusters, as core carriers for cultivating technical and skilled talents and serving industrial transformation and upgrading, have their construction quality directly related to the degree of alignment between vocational education and industrial development. They are also the key lever to solve the problem of the disconnect between talent supply in higher vocational education and industrial demand. Based on the core connotation of industry-education integration, this paper defines core concepts such as higher vocational professional clusters and industrial demand, sorts out relevant theoretical foundations, and combines the practical problems existing in the current process of aligning higher vocational professional cluster construction with industrial demand, such as lagging setup, disconnection in training, and insufficient coordination. It constructs scientific and feasible alignment paths from five dimensions: professional cluster setup, talent cultivation, collaborative education, teacher construction, and evaluation guarantee, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for higher vocational colleges to optimize the layout of professional clusters, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and enhance the ability to serve industries.
