A Preliminary Analysis of the Path to Enhancing the Educational Abilities of Vocational College Teachers in the Context of Integrated Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Education

Abstract:

The promotion and implementation of the integration of ideological and political education in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools is an important measure for the education system to comprehensively implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, and it is also a key link in building a comprehensive and all-round education pattern for all staff. As an important force in the integrated education system, vocational ideological and political course teachers shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. They not only need to possess solid theoretical literacy and high-level educational abilities, but also need to deeply grasp the laws of student growth, comprehensively cultivate students' ideological and political literacy, lay a solid ideological foundation for students' comprehensive development, and promote the high-quality development of vocational education through innovation. In this regard, the article analyzes the significance of improving the educational ability of vocational college teachers, studies the key to improving the educational ability of vocational college teachers, and explores the path for vocational colleges to enhance their teacher education ability, in order to provide reference for the construction of the talent team of ideological and political teachers in vocational colleges.
