The Epidemiological Characteristics and Health Management Strategies of Persistent Cough in Adults in the Post-pandemic Era

Abstract：

The current changes in the social environment pose new challenges to adult respiratory health, and persistent coughing has become a highly concerned public health issue. This article thoroughly analyzes its epidemiological characteristics, covering aspects such as time, population, causes, and regional distribution. At the same time, it proposes health management strategies from the perspectives of health monitoring, lifestyle adjustment, drug treatment, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, psychological intervention, and medical guidance, aiming to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice and public health prevention and control, and to enhance the prevention and treatment level of persistent cough in adults.
