Abstract:
As a comprehensive art form that integrates literature, drama, visual arts, and music, the narrative core of animation lies in the careful design of dramatic conflict, while its educational value lies in the profound cultivation of the audience’s aesthetic literacy and humanistic spirit. Currently, China’s animation industry is entering a new phase of high-quality development. The success of various outstanding works demonstrates that excellent dramatic conflict design not only ensures narrative appeal but also serves as a key vehicle for the dissemination of cultural values. At the same time, against the dual backdrop of the global wave of aesthetic education and the Ministry of Education’s promotion of school aesthetic education reform, how to leverage animation art to conduct international aesthetic education and cultivate new-era talents equipped with both aesthetic judgment and cross-cultural understanding has become an urgent academic question. Accordingly, this paper focuses on the design of dramatic conflict in animation art and international film and television aesthetic education. It clarifies core concepts, analyzes pathways for constructing conflict, and explores strategies for integrating aesthetic education, with the aim of enhancing the quality of animation creation, strengthening the aesthetic educational function of animation, and providing theoretical references and practical pathways for the innovative development of international film and television aesthetic education.
