Abstract:
At present, China has promoted the innovative development of excellent traditional culture in the world, and preschool teachers play an important role in this process. They are the leaders and guides of culture, and their personal abilities are constantly improving. This paper analyzes how preschool teachers can enhance their abilities under the guidance of the "double innovation" concept, deeply analyze the relationship between the concept of "double innovation" and preschool teachers'abilities, analyze the difficulties encountered in the process of development, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the development of preschool teachers'abilities, including evaluation feedback and motivation.
