Abstract：

The current study aims to investigate the correlation between specific MBTI personality traits and corresponding Holland vocational interests among Chinese adolescents. The sample included 20 students who completed a survey examining their MBTI personality types and interests in various careers in 2026. A correlational study was conducted, revealing that personality cognitive preferences (N-S) and emotional judgment tendencies (T-F) serve as the strongest predictors of vocational interests, while lifestyle preferences (J-P) show relatively weaker correlations. The findings are significant for adolescents, as they offer opportunities to predict and explore career development.
