Abstract：

The continuous deepening of curriculum reform in the new era has led to systematic changes in the mode of education, curriculum system, and classroom teaching forms. Teacher curriculum execution is the core key to implementing curriculum reform concepts, implementing curriculum standards, and achieving high-quality education. In order to adapt to the new educational requirements of the new curriculum reform and address the shortcomings of teachers' abilities in the process of curriculum execution, this article is based on the core orientation of curriculum reform in the new era. It clarifies the new requirements for core abilities under the background of curriculum reform, sorts out the existing problems in teachers' curriculum execution work, deeply analyzes the causes of these problems, and constructs a systematic strategy system for improving teachers' curriculum execution ability. It helps teachers achieve professional advancement in teaching ability, promote the implementation and effectiveness of curriculum reform, and improve quality and efficiency.
