Abstract:
Nursing is a comprehensive applied discipline that integrates natural sciences and humanities and social sciences. Humanistic literacy is the core professional competence of nursing talents, which directly affects the quality of nursing services, harmonious nurse-patient relationships, and the high-quality development of medical and health care. With the development of modern medicine, simply skilled nursing talents are no longer able to meet the medical needs of the masses. Deeply integrating the cultivation of humanistic literacy into the entire nursing teaching process has become the core direction of nursing education reform. This article systematically reviews the current implementation status of integrating humanistic literacy into nursing teaching and proposes improvement plans to provide feasible practical strategies for optimizing the nursing humanistic teaching system and cultivating high-quality composite nursing talents.
