Abstract:

The lead physician's evaluation phase in health checkups plays a central role in comprehensively analyzing abnormal results, scientifically interpreting them, and providing health recommendations. However, traditional evaluation processes are generally plagued by issues such as low efficiency in data interpretation, inconsistent presentation of conclusions, and fragmented health recommendations. To improve the quality of primary examinations and decision-making efficiency, this paper systematically elaborates on the construction methods and key technologies of medical knowledge-based question-and-answer systems, as well as the current application outcomes of such systems in health examination primary examinations. It aims to provide a reference for future research in this field and to promote the development of health examination services toward greater scientific rigor, standardization, and intelligence.
