Abstract：

Gansu's red culture resources possess unique historical value and profound revolutionary spiritual connotations. However, its international communication has long faced dilemmas such as monotonic narrative strategies and insufficient multilingual conversion capabilities. The rise of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) provides a new technical pathway to resolve this predicament. From the perspective of AIGC technology enablement, this paper systematically examines the realistic challenges and innovative opportunities of Gansu's red culture in multilingual digital narrative construction and cross-cultural communication. It proposes a systematic response pathway from three dimensions: narrative framework reconstruction, language technology adaptation, and communication strategy optimization, and conducts an in-depth discussion on core issues such as academic ethics and the preservation of cultural subjectivity. The study indicates that utilizing GAI technology to achieve cross-lingual conversion and cross-cultural adaptation of red culture narratives not only helps expand the global communication dimension of Gansu's red culture but also provides a valuable theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the international expression of Chinese local cultures.
