Abstract:
This paper selects 127 job postings for archival services from three major recruitment platforms covering 2025 to 2026, and conducts a quantitative analysis of industry talent demands via literature research and text analysis. The study reveals that archival service enterprises are mainly concentrated in eastern China, dominated by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), with relatively low salary levels for relevant positions. Employers prioritize candidates with practical digital operation capabilities and compliance expertise. In view of the existing mismatch between talent supply and demand, this paper proposes optimization countermeasures from the perspectives of curriculum design, school-enterprise cooperation and salary mechanisms.
