A Study on the Improvement Path of Psychological Resilience of University Student Cadres in the New Era Based on the Satir Model

Abstract：

Student cadres play a vital role in university student management systems. Nevertheless, the diverse and complex information on short-video platforms nowadays has induced some student cadres to develop distorted outlooks on the world, life and values. Low stress tolerance has become prevalent in this group, manifesting as reduced willingness to undertake student work assignments and disengaged work behaviors. Such problematic phenomena are largely attributable to passive work cognition, deviated professional values, and misperceived relational logic between student cadres and peer students, as well as between student work participation and self-worth construction. Centering on boosting student cadres' motivation and proactive engagement in student work, this study adopts eight humanistic core tenets of the Satir Model as its theoretical foundation. It systematically elaborates on the prevailing dilemmas confronting university student cadre management and further proposes optimized management and cultivation strategies by integrating the Satir Model's self-other-situation communication paradigm and iceberg psychological theory.
