Abstract:
Lately people have been paying attention to how physical training can help prevent injuries. Physical training is about getting stronger more stable and better at working with your body. When basketball players are in shape they can balance better control their movements and put stress on their joints. All of this helps reduce the risk of getting hurt. This study is about the kinds of injuries that college basketball players get. We want to know how physical training can help prevent these injuries. College basketball players get hurt a lot. We want to find out why. We are looking at how college basketball teams train and how they can improve their conditioning. The main thing we want to do is make college basketball safer for university players. College basketball players should be strong and healthy. They should be able to play college basketball without getting hurt. That is the goal of this study, on college basketball players.
