Research on the Innovative Development of New Quality Productive Forces Driven by Digital-intelligence Platforms

Abstract：

In the context of the rapid expansion of the digital economy and the accelerated diffusion of intelligent technologies, digital-intelligence platforms have increasingly emerged as critical infrastructures for promoting economic restructuring and industrial upgrading. As an advanced form of productive forces driven primarily by technological innovation, the development of new quality productive forces relies on the deep integration of digital technologies, data resources, and intelligent algorithms. Digital-intelligence platforms provide essential support for cultivating new quality productive forces through the integration of data elements, algorithmic empowerment, ecosystem collaboration, and scenario-based industrial innovation.This research reviews the theoretical foundations related to digital-intelligence platforms and new quality productive forces and analyzes the underlying mechanisms through which digital-intelligence platforms facilitate the development of new quality productive forces. Furthermore, the paper explores the pathways through which these platforms promote industrial upgrading, technological innovation, and organizational transformation. Finally, policy implications for enhancing the role of digital-intelligence platforms in fostering new quality productive forces are proposed.The findings suggest that digital-intelligence platforms significantly contribute to the development of new quality productive forces by improving the efficiency of data resource allocation, accelerating technological diffusion, fostering open innovation ecosystems, and reshaping production organization models. The conclusions of this study provide theoretical insights and practical implications for industrial transformation and innovation-driven development in the digital economy era.
