Abstract：

As educational digital transformation continues to advance, smart campus platforms are increasingly integrated into daily institutional operations, serving as the core vehicle for streamlining campus management processes and addressing various administrative challenges. By examining real-world operational scenarios from frontline university management, this study identifies shortcomings emerging during the implementation phase of smart campus platforms. It focuses on four key areas: enhancing platform functionalities, optimizing workflow processes, aligning staff competencies, and establishing sustainable mechanisms. The research explores practical approaches to improve how smart campus platforms support institutional governance, providing actionable strategies for universities at all levels to refine their management frameworks and elevate internal governance quality, thereby facilitating a steady transition toward more refined campus management practices.
