Abstract：

Currently, in the context of global industrial chain reconstruction and increasingly fierce technological competition, China's industrial basic capacity reconstruction and industrial chain modernization level urgently need to be improved. Digitization plays an important role in strengthening industrial basic capabilities, accelerating domestic circulation and industrial chain value chain reconstruction, driving industry chain transformation, and promoting inter regional factor flow and industrial chain spatial layout adjustment. By consolidating digital infrastructure, strengthening support for enterprise digital transformation, exploring the value of data elements, promoting digital transformation and collaborative innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthening the cultivation of composite talents, deepening the construction of digital standard system, etc., we aim to enhance the core competitiveness and modernization level of China's entire industry chain, and promote the construction of a strong quality country.
