Abstract：

This article explains the importance of digital green finance in the transformation and upgrading of grassland animal husbandry, explores the constraining factors of financial support for grassland animal husbandry transformation and upgrading, analyzes the typical models of grassland animal husbandry transformation and upgrading, and proposes policy recommendations for digital green finance to empower grassland animal husbandry transformation and upgrading, in order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of grassland animal husbandry, promote the green development of pastoral economy, and create a new situation for grassland animal husbandry transformation and upgrading.
