Research on Innovative Practiceof Nursing Education under the All-domain Track Maintenance System

Abstract：

To deeply advance the Healthy China strategy and promote the transformation of medical and healthservices toward whole-life-cycle health management, the all-domain track maintenance systemis integr at edintonursing education to cultivate the comprehensive quality of nursing talents and enhance their practical capabilities. Based on the analysis of the all-domain track maintenance system, this study explores the innovativepractice paths of nursing education, constructs a nursing talent cultivation model adapted to all-domain health services, and provides a reference direction for improving the quality of nursing education and promotingthehigh-quality development of the health service system.
