Practical Exploration on Young Counselors Leading Class Construction via Party Building in the School of Art

Abstract:

In the new era, university student Party building serves as a core carrier to fulfill the fundamental taskof fostering virtue through education and a fundamental starting point for young university counselorstoconduct ideological and political education alongside class development. Art majors are commonly characterizedby active thinking, distinctive personalities, prioritization of specialized courses over general education, weakcollective awareness and low acceptance of conventional ideological and political instruction. Based onfrontlineeducational practice, this study centers on two core tasks: ideological and political education guidedbyPartybuilding and class collective development. It establishes a core educational philosophy of "Forging Soul throughthe Party, Spreading Ideology via Art, Uniting Strength through Cadre Development, Nurturing Students withSincere Care", alongside an integrated education framework dubbed "Three Priorities, Three Integrations andFour Synchronizations". Through standardized Party branch construction, development of art-themedPartybuilding brands, cultivation of exemplary student backbone teams and targeted paired assistance programs, thepractice resolves prominent dilemmas including disconnected Party building and daily student management, poor attractiveness of ideological and political courses and insufficient class cohesion. The implement at iondelivers synchronized improvements in Party branch combat effectiveness, class centripetal force andstudents’ comprehensive development. With solid operability and replicable value, this case offers a feasible practical template for young university counselors nationwide to advance grassroots Party construction and student administration.
