Abstract：

The supply of sports environment plays an important role in the development of preschool education and health. It is the core carrier that supports children to carry out daily sports activities and cultivate good sports literacy. It has irreplaceable significance for the steady development of children's sports ability and the continuous improvement of their emotional adaptation ability. The coordinated development of young children's motor ability and emotional adaptation ability can help them form a healthy physical and mental state. Basedonthis, the article focuses on the daily education practice of kindergartens, deeply explores the coupling relationship between the supply of sports environment and children's sports ability and emotional adaptation, and sorts out the positive effect path of sports environment supply on two development dimensions. It provides practical reference for kindergartens to improve the creation of sports environment and promote the coordinated development of children's body and mind, and helps promote the high-quality development of the health field of preschool education.
