Abstract:
In the new era, labor education in universities is facing practical difficulties such as poor collaborative mechanisms, broken process connections, and fragmented curriculum systems. This study is based on the core concept of whole environment collaboration and whole process education, and systematically constructs a practical system for labor education courses in universities. This system includes four dimensions: value guidance, curriculum integration, field linkage, and evaluation driven. It anchors the core of labor education, builds afour-year integration framework, integrates diverse educational spaces, and provides long-term improvement momentum. The deep integration and mutual support of the four dimensions have promoted the transformationof labor education from fragmented to systematic and standardized implementation, providing a reference implementation path for the practice of labor education courses in universities.
