Problems in the Construction of Research Teamsamong Art-major Undergraduates and their Countermeasures

Abstract：

Against the backdrop of the continuous deepening of “New Liberal Arts” construction and interdisciplinary integration, strengthening the cultivation of research and innovation capabilities among art-major undergraduates has become a crucial task for higher art education in the new era. Research teams serveasthe fundamental units for undertaking this task and directly affect the quality of talent development. Therefore, itis necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current problems in research teams of art-major undergraduates in terms of ideological perceptions, student competence, team construction, and resource support. On this basis, measures such as reshaping research concepts, improving the training system, innovating team models, and enhancing safeguard mechanisms should be adopted, so as to build a favourable research ecosystem, further invigorate the effectiveness and vitality of these teams, and cultivate a large number of high-quality art talents with outstanding innovative capabilities.
