Abstract：

With the increasing global attention to sustainable development, the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices of green finance and investment companies have become important means to promote harmonious economic and environmental development. Therefore, exploring the mutual influence and integration of green finance and ESG practices of investment enterprises on finance and markets under the concept of sustainable development, analyzing their current development status and challenges, and proposing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
