Abstract：

The "two healths" of the non-public economy are an organic and interdependent whole. In the face of the opportunities and challenges of the new era, we can solve the guiding problem of the "two healthy" development of the non-public economy from the perspective of ideological concepts, resolve the contradiction of the "two healthy" development from the perspective of improving the internal and external environment, and achieve the requirements of sustainable development of the "two healthy" from the perspective of improving institutional arrangements. The main development path is to implement the new development concept, optimize the business environment, improve institutional design, and innovate united front work, providing fundamental driving force, high-quality services, leading mechanisms, and a favorable environment for promoting the "two healthy" development of the non-public economy.
