Abstract:
The rapidly changing business environment in the digital economy era has put forward higher requirements for organizational management of enterprises. Enterprises urgently need to build an efficient team with talent as the core to cope with challenges. In this context, the innovative development of enterprise human resource management is imperative. By analyzing the challenges and core needs faced by enterprise human resource management, we can identify the key points and trends for the future development of human resources, and propose strategies from three perspectives: recruitment strategy change, employee training and development innovation, and employee welfare innovation, providing useful references for the future development of enterprise human resource management.
