Abstract:
In order to study the influence of economic environmental factors on financing decisions of foreign-funded enterprises, based on the financing environment faced by foreign-funded enterprises, including macro environment (such as international trade policies, cross-border financial flows, global economic growth trends) and micro environment (such as laws and regulations, financial system structure, specific industry development), this paper explores the interactive relationship between foreign-funded enterprise financing behavior and domestic investment, macroeconomic policies, and financial markets. Detailed discussion on the impact of market economy situation, macroeconomic policies, exchange rate fluctuations, and international trade environment on the financing decisions of foreign-funded enterprises, and proposing measures to optimize the financing decisions of foreign-funded enterprises through improving market transparency, strengthening policy prediction, building a global financing network and dynamic exchange rate risk management mechanism, and expanding diversified markets.
