Abstract：

China has abundant land resources, and the standardized use of land is closely related to people's lives. The management of land resources is related to the improvement of people's living standards, and is also affected by factors such as economic transformation, resulting in many land problems. With the help of scientifically effective land use transformation and management plans, these problems can be solved. This article focuses on analyzing the current situation of land resource management, clarifying the trend of land use transformation, and proposing reasonable suggestions to promote the effective utilization of land resources.
