Digital human resource management (DHRM) is a growing trend that is transforming how enterprises recruit, train, and evaluate employee performance. Using digital tools, enterprises can manage employee information more efficiently, improve communication, and conduct more accurate data analysis. As technology continues to advance, DHRM will become a key method for enterprises to enhance competitiveness and improve organizational performance.
