Abstract：

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is integrating into the core of the manufacturing industry with unprecedented depth and breadth. It is profoundly changing production processes, organizational forms, and value creation models. While this wave of intelligence brings unprecedented opportunities for manufacturing employees to expand their capabilities and advance their careers, it also poses severe challenges in terms of skill disruption, role transformation, and psychological adaptation. This paper explores the challenges and opportunities that AI presents for manufacturing employees. It emphasizes that employees need to embrace change and improve their human-machine collaboration abilities. Meanwhile, enterprises, education, and society should work together to support employees in achieving a value leap from "operators" to "innovators" and building a new ecosystem for future intelligent manufacturing.
