Abstract:
Currently, China is at a critical stage of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and high-quality
development. The rural revitalization strategy clearly requires taking industrial prosperity as the foundation. However, traditional rural industries mostly rely on factor-driven growth models and face structural contradictions such as low
production efficiency, short industrial chains, and weak risk resistance. At the same time, a new round of scientific and
technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating. New quality productive forces centered on artificial
intelligence, biotechnology, and digital economy are reshaping the global industrial landscape, providing historic
opportunities to overcome rural development difficulties.Under this background, systematically studying how new quality
productive forces empower rural industrial revitalization through technology penetration, factor reconstruction, and
model innovation, analyzing practical obstacles in this process, and exploring implementation paths, not only responds to
national strategic needs in time but also serves as a theoretical and practical exploration to solve deep-level
contradictions such as "urban-rural dual structure" and "low comparative benefits of agriculture". This study holds
significant academic value and practical significance.
