Abstract:
This paper, based on the "Angel Guardian Program: A full-Cycle Management System for Children's

analysis to deeply analyze the existing problems of mental health services for young children in China. By
constructing a dynamic monitoring model that integrates Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence
technologies, this paper proposes a systematic intervention strategy covering multiple dimensions such as
collaborative services, digital intervention and talent cultivation, aiming to provide theoretical support and
practical paths for improving the mental health service system for young children and promoting the practice of
full-cycle management of children's health.
