Abstract：

This study examines the impact of integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into fund investment strategies on the development of public offering funds in China. It analyzes the transition from traditional finance-oriented investment models to comprehensive ESG evaluation approaches, discusses core ESG strategies and current practices in the Chinese market, and identifies major challenges such as insufficient information disclosure and lack of standardized assessment criteria. The study also evaluates the performance and categorization of domestic ESG-Oriented funds, and proposes recommendations for promoting long-term industry development through improved regulatory frameworks, enhanced multi-stakeholder collaboration, and greater disclosure transparency.
