Abstract：

Educational internationalization has become an irreversible trend amid globalization. China’s study abroad education thrives as a talent cradle, cultural exchange bridge, and shaper of the global educational value network. Today, amid intertwined global variables, it stands at a strategic turning point—grabbing global resource integration opportunities while facing restructured international relation challenges. This paper analyzes the new landscape, deconstructs China’s current study abroad ecosystem, and proposes detailed suggestions for quality supervision, ecological co-construction, and cultural exchange to empower high-quality development.
