Abstract：

Over the past 40 years of China's reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly，and Chinese scholars’ research on transformational leadership has entered a new stage. This study collected and collated the data of Chinese academic papers of transformational leadership theory published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from 2001 to 2023, and conducted quantitative visualization analysis through CiteSpace.The analysis results indicate that the China's transformational leadership theory is currently in the research of transformation stage and there are significant research achievements in the localization research of transformational theory in the Chinese context and the development of transformational leadership scale with Chinese characteristics.
