Abstract：

University student volunteers constitute a vital force in advancing social progress and the development of voluntary services. Against the backdrop of the new era, the scientific and standardised management of university volunteer teams, alongside the efficient and high-level cultivation of professional volunteer service talent, have become core tasks in the construction of university volunteer service systems. This paper explores the reform and innovation of management systems and mechanisms for university student volunteer services, analyses prevailing challenges, and proposes development pathways with contemporary characteristics to foster the sustainable advancement of university volunteer service initiatives.
