Abstract:
This research mainly studies the current situation of intangible cultural heritage identity of college students in Suzhou University through questionnaire survey, and puts forward suggestions for improvement according to the results. The study mainly found that college students have high awareness of intangible cultural heritage, but with low participation of intangible cultural heritage activities. At the same time, the intangible cultural heritage communication channels for college students are not sufficient. Based on the analysis of the current characteristics of college students’ intangible cultural heritage identity, three suggestions are put forward. The first one is to strengthen educational empowerment to promote curriculum optimization, teacher training and teaching innovation. The second one is to innovate digital communication to explore diversified scenes, celebrity publicity and high-quality social media content. The third one is to develop the joint cultivation among government, society, enterprises and universities. It is expected to provide some reference for the popularization and deepening of intangible cultural heritage education in higher education institutions, promote the living continuity of intangible cultural heritage and enhance the influence of Chinese culture.
