Abstract:

With the continuous deepening of the healthcare system reform, nursing services in tertiary hospitals are gradually evolving toward refinement, specialization, and diversification. The uniform nursing talent trainingmodel can no longer meet the professional development needs of nurses at different levels and positions. Tofurther address the demand for nursing service talent in hospitals, a nursing N+X talent training model is constructed based on a hierarchical and categorized perspective. This model clarifies the training objectives for nurses at each level, optimizes the curriculum system, improves the assessment and evaluation mechanisms, enhances the overall professional competence, specialized service levels, and research-teaching capabilitiesof the nursing team, and supports the standardized and high-quality development of nursing talentechelon in tertiary hospitals.
