An Analysis of the Training Pathways for Applied Logistics Professionals under the Background of Industry-education Integration

Abstract:
Industry-education integration, as a novel talent cultivation model, closely integrates educational resources, corporate resources, and societal needs to nurture application-oriented talents. As China continues to advance toward becoming a logistics powerhouse, universities should further optimize market-demand-driven talent development programs, establish a robust "dual-track, interdisciplinary" curriculum system for industry-education integration, jointly build high-quality "dual-qualified" faculty teams with enterprises, enhanceon-campus and off-campus practical training bases, deepen the breadth and depth of university-enterprise collaboration, and establish a new pathway for cultivating applied logistics professionals characterized by" parallel dual tracks, tripartite synergy, and four-dimensional integration", there by supplying society with more application-oriented talents aligned with the high-quality development of China's logistics industry.
