 Research on the Construction of University Logistics Energy Management Service Mechanism under Digital Empowerment

Abstract:

Against the background of the implementation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, colleges and universities, as areas with concentrated energy consumption of public buildings, have long been restricted by extensive energy control, fragmented energy consumption data and lagging energy-saving services in the construction of green low-carbon campuses. Digital technology provides a new tool path for the transformation of logistics energy governance. Relying on the Internet of Things, big data, intelligent sensing and other technologies, it can realize dynamic perception, precise management and intensive operation and maintenance of all types of campus energy consumption including water, electricity, gas and heat. At present, the logistics energy management of most domestic universities has practical shortcomings such as fragmented digital platforms, lack of energy consumption evaluation systems, insufficient coordination of teachers and students in energy conservation, and absence of long-term operation and maintenance guarantees. Based on the basic logic of digital empowerment, this paper sorts out the internal coupling relationship between digital technology and university logistics energy management, analyzes existing practical bottlenecks from four dimensions of perception collection, data governance, operation and maintenance services, assessment and incentive, and constructs an integrated energy management service operation mechanism of "four-layer architecture, five-dimensional elements, three-ring linkage and dual-line feedback", with three supporting guarantee systems of system, talent and capital. The research aims to break the barriers of campus energy data, optimize the process of logistics energy-saving operation and maintenance, promote the transformation of university logistics from passive rush-repair management to active digital energy-saving services, and provide operable practical paradigms for the construction of green campuses in similar universities.
